PalaceChat is chat software that allows you to interact with other users within a 2d environment online. You can wear, make and share Avatars made from images or maybe your own imagination! You can also design your own virtual world (if you're Up for the challenge), with animations, video, games, prop rooms, using whatever imagery suites your taste.
